My package was lost or stolenSomme Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Printful creates the shipping label when they ship the order, and they are responsible for shipping. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the package leaves their warehouse as that is a carrier issue and you will have to submit a claim with the carrier.

My order is damagedWe are so sorry! Please email us at sommesociety@gmail.com with a picture of the misprint or other issue. Please include your order number. NOTE: before the graphic is printed, there is a pre-treatment solution that is applied and sometimes you might notice a tacky-feel or light discoloration of the design when you receive your item. Simply wash your garment, and this will remove any residue and your garment will look and feel normal. The solution enhances color vibrancy, wash durability, and stain prevention!
